Is the app free?

Yes, downloading and registration are free. You only pay for the products you purchase.

How can I purchase a product during a live stream?

During the live, click on the blue button with the shopping bag icon, choose your desired options (like size or color), add to cart, and complete the payment.

What payment methods are accepted?

Credit/debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover), Apple Pay & Google Pay, PayPal, Installment payments with Klarna.

Can I save multiple payment methods?

Yes! You can add and save multiple cards in your profile for faster future purchases.

3️⃣ Shipping and Delivery

What shipping options are available?

Direct shipping from the seller: Delivery time varies based on the seller's location.

How can I track my order?

After shipping, you'll receive an email with the tracking number. You can also check your order status in the "My Orders" section of the app.

What happens if my package is lost?

If the package is lost or not delivered, contact our customer support with the order number. We'll do our best to resolve the issue.

A verified account. An active social media community. Acceptance of the seller terms and conditions.

2️⃣ Sales and Commissions

How does the seller level system work?

Our seller system has four levels:
Bronze: 5-12% commission
Silver: 8-15% commission
Gold: 12-22% commission
Platinum: 20-30% commission
The more sales you generate, the higher you climb in levels and earn higher commissions.

How do I receive payments for my sales?

Payments are sent every 30 days via [PayPal/bank transfer].
